Terms and Conditions

A summary of our terms and conditions.

1. Payment terms

Our standard payment terms are that upon booking, an invoice will be sent and payment is due on or before the due date stated.

2. Bookings

Bookings must be made by email or via the Enjoy2swim website only. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to release the time slot should payment not be received by the time lessons commence.

3. Giving Notice

Should you wish to leave Enjoy2swim we ask that you give 4 lessons notice. Should Enjoy2swim receive less notice than 4 lessons notice, we reserve the right not to refund you, or only make a partial refund.

4. Cancellations

Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your lesson, whether due to illness or another activity, please note that the lesson is forfeit.

7. Unforeseen circumstances

On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require Enjoy2swim to cancel a lesson. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a mutually agreed alternative date set or a refund of the lesson fee.

8. Pupil Behaviour

Enjoy2swim commit to offer a training environment where all pupils will be treated with dignity and respect.

We expect the same from our pupils and Enjoy2swim reserves the right to remove any pupil from lessons whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, or a safety risk either to themselves or others. Should the pupil be asked not to return at all no refund will be issued.

 

11. Fair processing

All information that we hold concerning you will be held and processed by Enjoy2swim strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018. Such data will be used by the organisation to administer our relationship with you as a customer.

We will not, without your consent, supply your name and addresses to any [other] third parties except where (1) such transfer is a necessary part of the activities that we undertake, or (2) we are required to do so by operation of law.

As an individual, you have a right under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 to obtain information from us, including a description of the data that we hold on you. Please note St George’s Preparatory School is a no smoking zone and therefore smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the grounds.
